Max “iRev” Uggeri

Nasce a Milano nel 1966, studia tra l’Italia e gli States.

La sua formazione è eclettica e guidata da passioni viscerali: l’informatica e l’hacking lo portano prima a studiare Ingegneria Elettronica al Politecnico di Milano, successivamente a transitare sulla East Coast ospite del Media Lab, per poi proseguire la sua carriera lavorativa alle dipendenze di Michael Porter in Monitor Company, occupandosi principalmente di IT e di Network Security.

Inizia la sua attività imprenditoriale a San Diego, per poi rientrare in Italia nel ’90, dove dirige alcuni progetti con realtà di livello internazionale. Nel 2007 con l’arrivo del primo iPhone intuisce la nascita di un nuovo paradigma, che lo porta a diventare nel giro di poco tempo uno dei massimi esperti riconosciuti di iOS.

Attualmente è proprietario di un fondo di Venture Capital etico a Londra, con il quale finanzia iniziative legate al mondo delle App iOS.

Born in 1966 in Milan and studied both in Italy and the USA.

His eclectic education has been guided by his visceral passions: information and hacking led him first to study Electronic Engineering at Milan Polytechnic, later to move along the East Coast as a guest of Media Lab, only to continue his career with Michael Porter at the Monitor Company, working on IT and Network Security.

He started his business activity in La Jolla (San Diego), after which he returned to Italy in the 1990s where he ran several international projects. In 2007, with the arrival of the first iPhone he understood the birth of a new paradigm, which would shortly lead him to become one of the greatest experts in iOS.

Currently own an ethic Venture Capital Fund in London, seeding initiatives related to the world of iOS Apps.
